Refund and Cancellation Policy

REFUND POLICY

It is in the best interest of your health and well-being to disclose all conditions you are being treated for by a medical professional and honestly answer the questions asked.  There is no guarantee that hypnosis will work, but your therapist needs to be aware of any condition that might interfere with the treatment.

Refunds on products such as recordings or downloads will only be given if products are faulty and no replacement product is available.  In most instances, a replacement product will be provided.   Please make sure you advise Hypnotherapy- Melbourne that the product is faulty within ten days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Hypnotherapy,   EFT or Counselling services are not eligible for refunds.  When purchasing packages that require you to make an upfront payment, please make sure that you are prepared to commit to following the therapy through to its conclusion before you make the purchase.  The Hypnotherapist facilitates change by guiding, coaching and using hypnotic suggestions.  The therapist cannot control or force the client to change or do anything they do not want to do. The results will vary depending on the client's mindset, the desire to change and the commitment to follow instructions during and between sessions.

   

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.  This fee is equal to 50% of the cost of the consultation you booked.  All appointments are confirmed by text the day before, so please make sure you respond at that time.
