What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a state of trance experienced naturally several times daily. It is a physiological and psychological phenomenon that helps our brain constantly process a myriad of stimuli to which we are subjected. When harnessed constructively, it can become a potent tool for change. It is a relaxed but alert and focused state, where the conscious mind is set aside momentarily, and the subconscious mind is open to positive suggestions and new learnings.

Hypnosis has been an accepted form of medical treatment since the 1950s. Its popularity is growing daily to help individuals find a healthier way to control fear and negative behaviours. Using Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy allows you to access your subconscious mind, and the individual is awake during hypnosis.
